Covers site-specific requirements, correct use of equipment and chemicals, health and safety obligations, and our service standards. No one works unsupervised until induction is complete.

- Background checks: All staff are police-checked and vetted against our internal security criteria before they start.
- Uniform and ID: Every team member works in KM Dass uniform and carries identification, so your staff and security teams can always verify who’s on site.
- Site access protocols: We follow your site’s sign-in procedures and coordinate with your security team to ensure the right people are in the right areas at the right times.

Public liability insurance
Covers third-party property damage and personal injury arising from our cleaning work. Whether we’re cleaning a school, a warehouse, or a corporate office, your organisation is protected.
Statutory liability insurance
Covers us against unintentional breaches of New Zealand statutes. If a regulatory issue arises from our work, your organisation isn’t left exposed.
