How often should we have our workplace cleaned?

Most offices benefit from cleaning 3 to 5 times per week, though the right frequency depends on your team size, foot traffic, and the nature of your business. High-traffic environments — shared offices, reception areas, kitchens — often need daily attention, while smaller or less busy spaces may be well-served by a weekly or fortnightly schedule. We’ll work out the right plan with you during a free site assessment.

Do we need to be on-site when your team cleans?

No. Most of our clients prefer cleaning to happen before or after business hours so there’s zero disruption to the working day. We can manage site access through your building manager or a key-holding arrangement. Every cleaner on your site is a directly employed KM Dass team member — so you can trust them to be there unsupervised.

What cleaning products and equipment do you use?

We use commercial-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment. Our cleaners are trained in correct dilution, application, and surface compatibility for every area they work in. If your building has specific product requirements — for allergy, compliance, or environmental reasons — we’re happy to work with those too. Just let us know during your assessment.
